Rental Rates

$200 security deposit, due two weeks from booking (returned following event)
$685 rental, due two months prior to wedding date
$150 for an extra one-half hour
$300 for each additional hour

The Village is yours exclusively and is closed to any other events. Two hours for a Wedding; one hour for a Rehearsal. These two hours include any need for set up, decorating and clean up time.

Church

• Heated and air-conditioned.
• Unity candles are the only flames allowed.
• Antique electric organ included (see photo below).
• 10 pews seat approximately 50 (see photo below).
• Approximately 70 wooden folding chairs – may be set up outside.
• Chairs and pews may be rearranged. Must be put back to original placements.
• Capacity is 100.
• Small balcony (see photo below).
• Handicap accessible to main floor.  Cady Inn has handicap accessible restrooms. Call office to make arrangements.
• Two large bathrooms downstairs – can be used as dressing rooms.
• Complete kitchen downstairs.

Many couples prefer to use the natural beauty of the grounds (on the green, in the gardens, on the bridge, or in the gazebo) as a backdrop for weddings and photos and use the Church as a back up (rain, too hot or cold).

• Electrical outlet at the base of one of the columns.

Grounds

• On the Green.
• In the Gardens.
• On the Bridge.

Photography

To view photos of Mill Race weddings, see the photos below or visit the office where photo albums of previous weddings are available for you to browse through. Mill Race Village has a Photography Policy that prohibits professional photographers from taking pictures on the grounds without paying a fee. This policy does not apply to weddings held at Mill Race Village. You are free to use any photographer you wish and no additional fees are imposed.

Booking

If you are interested in having your wedding at Mill Race Village, please call the office. We will fill out a contract that will hold your date for two weeks so you can coordinate your plans. By the end of the two weeks, a $200 security deposit is due with the signed contract. Two months prior to the ceremony, the $685 rental fee is due. Your total deposit at that point is $885. After your ceremony, a check will be issued to you for the $200 security deposit, which is our security for any damage done to the buildings.

Note cards picturing the Church or Gazebo may be purchased for invitations or thank you notes.

Parking

Village parking lot capacity is 56. Ford Field (next door) capacity is 65.
