Darcy will try to obtain a guest speaker from a gallery to speak to us about exhibit planning at 6:30 on July 13; we will then follow this with a strategic planning session during our normal business meeting. Volunteers are needed to help hang the July show on June 28 at 5:00 p.m.!!! Membership: Sandy Steffke and Diana Klawitter are taking over our Membership Committee. Regarding display rack rental: Certificates of Insurance must be sent to Dianne Massa at City Hall and should cover the City for any liability while the racks are used. In addition, we must get confirmation that any property damage or theft to the racks will be covered. This information should be sent to Traci Sincock at Parks & Recreation.
