Regular Meeting – March 7, 2001

CALL TO ORDER:
 
Commissioner Stapleton called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
 
ROLL CALL:

Absent: James Haveraneck – excu.
Luke Durst – excu.
Chris Gazlay – excu.

Bruce Pegrum – excu.
Also Present: Richard Starling, Building Official


MINUTES:
 
Motion by Cronin, supported by Bress to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of December 6, 2000. Voice Vote: Ayes: All: Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.
 
CASE #01-01
Kurt and Sandy Derwenskus

The applicant requests a variance to Northville Zoning Ordinance - Section 14-296 - to allow a fence to be installed in the front yard setback.
 
GROUNDS FOR APPEAL: Undue Hardship.
 
Chairman Stapleton explained that because of the number of Zoning Board Commissioners absent, the applicant might wish to table the case until the next meeting. He stated that, tonight the applicant would need five yes votes for approval.
 
The Derwenskus’ decided to return at the next meeting.
 
Motion by Lokey, supported by Bress to table the application until the April, 2001 meeting. Voice Vote: Ayes: All: Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.
 
ADJOURNMENT:
 
Motion by Gazlay, supported by Lokey to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 PM. Voice Vote: Ayes: All: Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.
