Commissioner Stapleton called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.

MINUTES:

Motion by Cronin, supported by Bress to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of March 7, 2001. Voice vote: Ayes: All: Nays: None. Motion unanimously carried.

The applicant requests a variance (per section 14-296.2) of the Northville Zoning Ordinance to be allowed to install a fence in the front yard setback.

Chairman Stapleton explained that because of the number of Zoning Board Commissioners absent, the applicant might wish to defer the case until the next meeting.

The Derwenskus’ decided to wait until the next meeting.

Motion by Bress, supported by Cronin to adjourn at 7:50 PM. Voice vote: Ayes: All: Nays: None. Motion carried.
