Voice Vote: Ayes: All: Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: Motion by Gazlay, supported by Bress to approve the agenda. Voice Vote: Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried. CASE #01-13 Norm Fankell 719 Novi Street Northville, Michigan 48167 Applicant requests approval to remove an existing detached garage and replace it with an attached garage in the same location. This requires a variance in the side yard setback of 2 feet. The variance was granted approval April 5, 2000, but work was never started. The applicant wishes to extend approval for this work. GROUNDS FOR APPEAL: Appellant requests approval to expand, extend or enlarge a NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURE (ARTICLE 22, Section 22.01d.1). The applicant stated that nothing has changed in the application since the first time it was submitted. The time limit expired before he could proceed with the construction. Motion by Cronin, supported by Bress to approve the application as submitted. (Noting there are no changes from the original application, which was submitted April 5, 2000, and there have been no changes in the conditions.) Voice Vote: Ayes: All: Nays: None.
