CALL TO ORDER:

Commissioner Stapleton called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.

Motion by Lawrie, supported by Bress to approve the agenda. Voice Vote: Ayes: All. Nays: None

MINUTES:

Motion by Gazlay, supported by Rae to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of December 5, 2001 with a minor correction. Voice Vote: Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.

The applicant requests a variance to Article 18. Sec 18.04 – Accessory Buildings, of the Northville Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is requesting a variance of 20" to place a shed in the setback.

Chairman Stapleton explained that because of the number of Zoning Board Commissioners absent, the applicant might wish to postpone the case until the next meeting. However, there is no assurance of the attendance at the next meeting.

Mr. Hollis decided to wait until the next meeting.

Motion by Lawrie, supported by Haveraneck (at the request of the applicant), to postpone Case # 01-14 to the February 6, 2002 meeting. Voice Vote: Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.

Motion by Rae, supported by Haveraneck to adjourn at 7:42 PM. Voice vote: Ayes: All: Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.
