MINUTES:

Motion by Gazlay, supported by Maise to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of January 2, 2002. Voice Vote: Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.

The applicant requests a variance to Article 18. Sec 18.04 d – Accessory Buildings, of the Northville Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is requesting a variance of 20" to place a shed in the setback, or 40" from the lot line.

Mr. Hollis stated that although he did not have the manufactures specifications regarding the construction and materials of the metal shed, he would provide them to the Building Department.

Motion by Maise, supported by Haveraneck to grant the variance to build an accessory building 40" from the rear lot line, pending the Building Department receiving the proper informational and documentation regarding construction plans. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Maise, Gazlay, Lawrie, Lokey, Haveraneck, Durst, Stapleton. Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.

Motion by Lokey, supported by Haveraneck to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 PM. Voice vote: Ayes: All: Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.
