CALL TO ORDER:

Commissioner Stapleton called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.

Motion by Durst, supported by Rae to approve the agenda. Voice Vote: Ayes: All. Nays: None.

MINUTES:

Motion by Rae, supported by Durst to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of October 1, 2003 as submitted. Voice Vote: Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.

The applicant requests a variance from Article 15, sub section 16 – 90% average setback 24’3" to request a 9’2" variance from 24’3" to allow for a setback of 15’1"

Chairman Stapleton explained that because of the number of Zoning Board Commissioners absent, the applicant might wish to postpone the case until the next meeting. It has been his policy (when there are six or less Commissioners present) to offer the applicant this opportunity. When there is a larger number of Commissioners present, there is a greater chance that the variance will be granted. In tonight’s situation the applicant will need five affirmative votes from the five Commissioners present for approval.

Motion by Rae, supported by Maise to table the application indefinitely Voice Vote: Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.

Motion by Rae, supported by Durst to adjourn at 7:47 PM. Voice vote: Ayes: All: Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.
