CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
October 28, 2002

The City Clerk called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Northville City Hall Council Chambers, 215 West Main Street, Northville, Michigan.

ROLL CALL:

Present: City Clerk Dianne Massa

Absent: Mayor Johnson, Mayor ProTem Ayers, Councilmembers Hartshorne, Mittman, and Swigart (all excused)

Since a quorum of the City Council Members was not present, the City Clerk adjourned the meeting at 7:31 p.m. to Monday, November 4, 2002, at 7:30 p.m. in the Northville City Hall, Meeting Room A (lower level).
