Commissioner Comments and Concerns: It was noted that the July 20, 2005 Historic District meeting minutes reflect that the applicant would provide the survey, site plan and elevations consistent with the neighborhood for the next meeting. The Historic District Guidelines was suggested as a reference of all documents needed for demolition.

Motion by Culp, supported by Bayly to refer the application back to the applicant

CASE #4                                                                 DEMOLITION
Steven Lomske
208 S. Rogers
Northville, Michigan 48167

No one was present to explain the application.

Commissioner Comments and Concerns: The Commissioners noted that previously the applicant had appeared before the board. At that time the board had suggested that the applicant provide a descriptive narrative of plans for demolition and the style of home which would be constructed. Tonight’s application has little information.

The Chief Building Official stated that this home is a true hazard to the community. The house has been neglected for years. The roof is rotted, the floor joints rotted and the home has both mold and fungus.

Motion by Holleman, supported by Coponen to refer the application back to the applicant. Voice Vote: Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion Unanimously Carried.
