Handbill Permits

The City of Northville Clerks Office does not issue handbill permits.

Information on the ordinance pertaining to handbills is found in Chapter 54 Offenses & Miscellaneous Provisions, Article IV Offenses Against Property, Division 2 Litter. Section 54-121 is the start of the sections that pertain to Handbills and Littering.

Persons, businesses, and organizations that plan to distribute handbills must be certain their activity will comply with this ordinance.
