Horse-Drawn Carriages

The City of Northville Code of Ordinances requires that Horse-Drawn Carriages be licensed by the City.

No person, either as owner, agent, driver, or otherwise, shall be engaged in the business or service of transportation by horse-drawn carriage upon the streets, alleys or other public ways or places unless the owner holds a currently valid license for a horse-drawn carriage issued by the City of Northville. All City of Northville Horse Drawn Carriage licenses expire annually on December 31st.
