Local Historic District Study Committee Meeting
October 26, 2020 at 7:00pm 

For the following purposes: 1) Approve its June 6, 2019 meeting minutes, 2) Ensure that the amendment to the report, as referred to in the June 6, 2019 meeting minutes, accurately represents the approved motion, and 3) Recommend proposed revisions to the current City of Northville Historic Preservation Ordinance to City Council.  An informational letter was mailed to all Historic District property owners or current resident on October 13.  

The meeting will be held via video conference in compliance with the Open Meetings Act.  Members of the public body and members of the public participating electronically will be considered present at the meeting and may participate as if physically present at the meetings.

Notice of Intent to Revise Flood Hazard Information [

For the area generally located between the S. Main Street Bridge and the Seven Mile Road Bridge. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of the Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Case No. 20-05-4952P along Middle Rouge River Walled Lake Branch.

For the area generally located between the S. Main Street Bridge and the Seven Mile Road Bridge.  Revisions are proposed as part of the Condition Letter of Map Revision Case No. 18-05-6128R for a proposed project along Middle Rouge River Walled Lake Branch.
