Materials Management Plan
On June 12, 2024 the Oakland County Board of Commissioners served its Notice of Intent to the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) Materials Management Division to accept the role of County Approval Agency (CAA) and the responsibility to prepare and implement a single-county Materials Management Plan (MMP) for Oakland County pursuant to Part 115, Solid Waste Management, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended, and its administrative rules.
