NOTICE REGARDING POST-DATED CHECKS

The City of Northville will deposit all checks upon receipt, regardless of the date written on the check. The City will not hold post-dated checks for future deposit.

Please ensure sufficient funds are available when submitting payment. Returned checks and applicable fees remain the responsibility of the payer.

You can now pay your utility bill online with a credit card or e-check by clicking here.  You will be re-directed to the BS&A Payments website to make a payment.

Fees:  Please note there is a convenience fee paid directly to BS&A if you choose to utilize this option:

• Credit Cards:  Utility Billing & Misc Payments 2.95% plus $0.50 per transaction
• Credit Cards:  Taxes 2.8% plus $0.50 per transaction
• E-Checks:  Flat Fee of $3.00, up to $10,000
                      Flat Fee of $10.00, anything over $10,000

Please consider making a contactless payment rather than in-person payments.  The City offers several options to make payment of your tax and utility bills without being in-person.  Mail, dropbox and ACH are all encouraged and free.  Your canceled check is your receipt.  Balances can be checked online to ensure your payment was received.

All payments placed in drop box after hours will be posted to your account the next business day. Two drop boxes are available 24/7 at City Hall.
