Please note: Applications are kept on file for a period of 2 years.  If you are not appointed in that period, you must reapply.  When a vacancy occurs, the City Council Board/Commission Selection Committee reviews applications, interviews applicants at an Open Meeting, and makes an appointment recommendation to City Council.
